CUSTOM GIFTS CC is a custom gift shop, where you can find various custom made gifts. Create customised gifts by uploading your own pictures or by selecting a pre-made print design. You can also use this for corporate gifts or promotional items.

Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment. Orders qualify for free shipping if the order was submitted via the website's checkout facility and the total order value exceed R1000 and the total weight is no more than 8kg.

Export restriction

The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.

Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by CUSTOM GIFTS CC is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, CUSTOM GIFTS CC will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee. Damaged goods will be replaced free of charge if reported on the day of delivery and if noted on the delivery note which the customer sign when receiving the goods.

Customer privacy policy

CUSTOM GIFTS CC shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. Under no circumstances will Custom Gifts share personal information with any third party, unless required to do so by law. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via bank transfer/deposit into the CUSTOM GIFTS CC bank account.

Customer details

Customer details required for order fulfillment will be stored by CUSTOM GIFTS CC.

The merchant outlet country is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility

CUSTOM GIFTS CC takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and CUSTOM GIFTS CC chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 5 Brushwood Estate, 29 Drysdale Road, Sundowner, 2161.

Variation

CUSTOM GIFTS CC may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
