Can I add my own text to your designs?
Yes you can, once you add your product to the shopping basket, you will see there
is an option for you to add some text, or some instructions.
How does payment work?
Once you have proceeded to checkout, you must pay the full amount of your order.
There are two methods of payment:
- Cash Deposit - This is a bank deposit or internet transfer as means of payment.
We will only start with your order as soon as proof of payment has been received.
If you deposit a cheque a 7 day waiting period will apply (so that the cheque has
cleared) before we start with the order.
- PayFast - This is payment via the secure PayFast server (see www.payfast.co.za). Once you made the payment
using PayFast we will immediately start processing your order.
Do I have to order a certain minimum quantity?
No, we don't have minimum quantity that you must adhere to, we accept both small
and large order sizes.
Can I supply my own products for you to print on?
No, we make use of products that have a special coating on them. Without the special
coating the image will not transfer.
Are the items put on the products sticker based?
No, all our products except the cotton t-shirts are lined with a special coating
to ensure transfer of images. The cotton t-shirts we use a different paper.
How do I place an order?
You can place an order online, but you have to register first. We will send you
an e-mail confirming your details.
If you want your own image on a product, just go to Custom products and upload your
picture, jpeg works best, remember the bigger your image the better the quality.
How long does it take to make an order?
It depends on the quantity of your order. If everything is in stock you can have
it the next day. Delivery will depend on the type of service you choose e.g. overnight,
normal courier services.
Do you ship to any country other than South Africa?
No, at the moment we only service customers residing within the Republic of South
Africa.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping costs will depends on the type of shipping option you select during check
out. If your order value is over R1000
you qualify for free shipping in certain cases.
